Get Involved

Your time, expertise, and dedication can make a lasting difference in the lives of young people in Southwest Riverside County. Join us in empowering the next generation through education, mentorship, and community support.

Become a Mentor

Our mentorship program connects students with experienced professionals who can provide guidance, support, and real-world insights as they navigate their educational and career paths. As a mentor, you'll help shape the future of a young person in our community.

What Mentors Do

Share career insights and industry knowledge, provide guidance on educational pathways, offer support during college applications, help students set and achieve goals, and serve as a positive role model and trusted advisor.

Time Commitment

We ask mentors to commit to meeting with their mentee at least once a month for a minimum of one school year. Meetings can be in-person or virtual, and typically last 1-2 hours. Flexible scheduling makes it easy to fit into your busy life.

Who Can Mentor

We welcome professionals from all industries who are passionate about helping young people succeed. Whether you work in real estate, education, skilled trades, business, healthcare, or any other field, your experience and perspective are valuable. We provide training and ongoing support to all mentors.
